Kettingkoppelingen
Kettingkoppelingen verbinden twee assen met behulp van een ketting en getande naven. Het is geschikt voor robuuste koppeloverbrenging, waarbij eenvoudiger montage en een zekere tolerantie voor kleine onnauwkeurigheden nodig zijn.
De keuze is afhankelijk van de diameter van de assen, het overgebrachte koppel, het toerental, de breedte van de koppeling en de ruimte voor het deksel. Ook smering en juiste spanning van de verbindingsketting zijn belangrijk.
- meet de diameters van beide assen
- controleer het vereiste koppel en toerental
- controleer de totale lengte van de koppeling en de ruimte voor het deksel
- Onderschat de uitlijning, smering en staat van de verbindingsketting niet
