Kogels voor lagers
Lagerkogels zijn rolelementen die worden gebruikt in kogellagers, geleidingsmechanismen en speciale samenstellingen. Ze bepalen de soepelheid van de beweging en de verdeling van de belasting in het lager.
Bij het kiezen zijn de belangrijkste zaken de diameter van de bal, het materiaal en de nauwkeurigheid. Bij het repareren van lagers moet er rekening mee worden gehouden dat het vervangen van de kogels alleen de beschadigde banen niet zal oplossen.
- meet nauwkeurig en braamvrij de diameter van de kogel
- controleer het materiaal, zoals staal of roestvrij staal
- voor de lagers: controleer de staat van de ringen en de kooi
- vul het lager niet met een ander aantal kogels dan oorspronkelijk

Bent u op zoek naar kogels voor een specifieke montage, stuur dan de diameter en het gebruiksdoel mee. Bij het repareren van lagers is het ook raadzaam om de sporen waarlangs de kogels lopen te controleren.
