The THK HSR 25 LR1 DDC1 is a linear motion guide that offers high rigidity and smooth motion, making it ideal for precision machinery and automation systems.

• 4-Way Equal Load Design: Each row of balls is placed at a 45° contact angle, ensuring uniform load distribution in radial, reverse radial, and lateral directions. This design allows the guide to be used in all orientations.

• High Rigidity: The arrangement of four rows of balls enables the application of a large preload, enhancing rigidity in all directions while maintaining a low friction coefficient.

• Self-Adjustment Capability: THK's unique circular-arc grooves (DF set) allow the guide to absorb mounting errors even under preload, achieving highly accurate and smooth straight motion.

• High Durability: The design prevents differential slip of balls under preload or excessive biased load, resulting in smooth motion, high wear resistance, and long-term maintenance of accuracy.
