Loctite 275 je určen pro trvalé upevňování a utěsňování závitových spojů. Produkt vytvrzuje bez přístupu vzduchu ve spáře mezi lepenými kovovými povrchy a zabraňuje uvolněí či prosakování spoje, které je způsobené vibracemi a rázy. Typické použití Loctite 275 zahrnuje vysoko pevnostní upevňování a těsnění velkých šroubových spojů. Má vysokou viskozitu - tixotropní, která zabraňuje jeho stékání z místa nanesení.
