Terms and Conditions

These terms govern purchases made through the Ložiska-Polička.cz online shop.

1. Seller

The seller is Ing. Radka Trojáková, Oldřiš 197, 569 82 Oldřiš, Czech Republic, Company ID 60122552, VAT ID CZ6854171500. Contact: info@loziska-policka.cz. Personal collection and returns are handled at Borová 112, 569 82 Borová.

2. Consumers and businesses

Consumer provisions apply when the customer acts outside their business activity. Business customers are also subject to the B2B provisions below.

3. Orders and contract

The customer submits an order through the cart. A purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order. For technical products, please verify the complete designation, manufacturer and required parameters before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Available methods include cash on delivery, bank transfer including QR payment, instant bank payment, card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash on collection and advance invoice.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, price and estimated date are shown in the cart or confirmed individually. Personal collection is available at Borová 112. Oversized shipments may require confirmation of the actual delivery cost.

6. Consumer withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. Details and the return address are provided on Returns and complaints.

7. Defects and complaints

Consumer defect rights are governed by applicable law. Complaints may be submitted by email, post or in person at Borová 112. See Returns and complaints.

8. B2B purchases

The consumer right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply to B2B purchases. Technical conformity, quantity, condition and delivery terms should be confirmed before ordering.

9. Out-of-court disputes

A consumer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court resolution if a dispute cannot be resolved directly.

10. Personal data and cookies

Personal data are processed according to the purposes and legal bases stated in Personal data protection. Optional cookies can be changed in the cookie settings.

11. Final provisions

Legal relations are governed by Czech law to the extent permitted by applicable legislation. The current wording is published on this page.
