FL 208 SNR is a standalone grey cast-iron housing for a bearing unit with an oval two-bolt flange. The housing itself is not a complete bearing; the insert is selected according to the required assembly. The UCFL208 version contains a UC208G2 insert for a 40 mm shaft, set-screw locking and a single-lip seal, with a catalogue mass of approximately 1.48 kg. The UKFL208-20H version contains a UK208G2H-20 insert with an H2308-20 adapter sleeve for a 31,75 mm shaft and has a mass of approximately 1.6 kg. Common housing dimensions are H = 175 mm, mounting-hole pitch J = 144 mm, flange width/diameter L = 100 mm, height A = 36 mm, flange height A1 = 14 mm, mounting hole N = 16 mm and distance e = 21 mm. For UCFL208, A2 = 51.2 mm, B = 49,2 mm and S = 19 mm; for UKFL208-20H, A2 = 45.5 mm, B = 29 mm, B1 = 46 mm and s1 = 24.5 mm. The grease fitting thread is M6×1, dynamic load rating C = 29.6 kN and static load rating C0 = 18.2 kN. Before ordering, confirm whether you need the FL208 housing alone, a complete UCFL208 or UKFL208-20H unit, and compare the insert, shaft diameter, adapter and mounting dimensions with the original part.
