RHP MFC40 is a complete four-bolt flanged cast-iron cartridge bearing unit. It uses a 1040 series insert, set-screw locking for a 40 mm shaft and accommodates initial shaft misalignment.
Verified unit dimensions are d 40 mm, L 133.4 mm, H 92.1 mm and mounting-hole pitch J 111.1 mm. Further dimensions are G 10 mm, A1 38.1 mm, A4 19 mm, A5 6.4 mm and B 49.2 mm. The unit has nitrile/fabric seals, C3 internal radial clearance, a relubrication hole and is supplied with a grease nipple.
The basic dynamic load rating Cr is 29.1 kN, the static rating C0r is 17.9 kN, the maximum speed is 4000 rpm and the weight is approximately 1.9 kg. Before installation, verify the 40 mm shaft diameter and 111.1 mm hole pitch.
