Bearing houses
The bearing houses are used to store the bearing outside the machine body itself. They are used for conveyors, fans, agricultural machinery or simpler shaft assemblies where a ready assembly unit is needed.
The shape of the house, the spacing of the holes, the diameter of the inserted bearing and the method of fastening to the frame are decisive. Beware of replacing the standing house, flanged house and tensioning unit.
- determine the shape of the house and the number of fastening holes
- measure the hole spacing and shaft axis height
- verify the marking of the inserted bearing
- check the lubricator, seal and possibility of relubrication
