FC 216 FYH

FC 216 FYH is a standalone cast-iron housing for a bearing unit with a four-bolt round flange and a spigot for accurate positioning in the mounting plate. The housing itself is not a complete bearing; the insert is selected according to the required assembly. The standard UKFC216 assembly uses a UK216 tapered-bore insert with an HE2316X or H2316X adapter sleeve for a 70 mm shaft; catalogue assembly mass is approximately 9.0 kg. The UCFC216 version uses a UC216 cylindrical-bore insert for an 80 mm shaft; catalogue mass is approximately 8.7 kg. Common mounting dimensions are L = 240 mm, H3 = 170 mm, hole pitch J = 200 mm, spigot J1 = 141.4 mm, mounting holes N = 23 mm, A1 = 42 mm, A2 = 18 mm, A3 = 16 mm and M20 fixing bolts. For UKFC216, A4 = 62.5 mm and B1 = 78 mm; for UCFC216, A4 = 67.3 mm, B = 82.6 mm and S = 33.3 mm. Before ordering, confirm whether you need the FC216 housing alone, a complete UKFC216 or UCFC216 unit, and compare the insert type, shaft diameter, adapter and mounting-plate dimensions with the original part.
