3309 BD XL 2HRS TVH FAG is a double-row angular contact ball bearing from the Schaeffler X-life performance range. It is sealed on both sides and fitted with a plastic cage. Its dimensions are 45 × 100 × 39 mm (bore × outside diameter × width).

Design details

Double-row construction: carries radial loads and axial loads in both directions in a compact arrangement.
XL / X-life: optimized FAG performance design for high load capacity and long operating life when the arrangement is correctly engineered.
2HRS: seals on both sides help retain lubricant and protect the bearing from contaminants and moisture.
TVH: plastic cage providing effective rolling-element guidance at low mass.

Typical applications

Pumps, gearboxes, industrial drives, agricultural and construction machinery and other assemblies subject to combined loading and requiring rigid axial guidance.

Installation and selection

Use clean tools and apply mounting force only through the ring being press-fitted. Protect the seals and plastic cage from damage and do not wash the bearing.
