6006 ZKL is an open single-row deep groove ball bearing. Its simple, robust design is intended primarily for radial load and also accommodates limited axial loads in both directions.

Open design and lubrication

The bearing has no integral shields or sealing rings. Lubricant can be supplied directly to the rolling contact, but protection from dust, moisture and lubricant loss must be provided by the surrounding arrangement and the selected lubrication system. The open design is suitable where adjacent components protect the bearing or periodic relubrication is required.
