The services are intended for situations where a normal search in the e-shop is not enough. We will help you verify the replacement, find a less common part or check whether the selected part corresponds to the use.

The fastest way to work is with specific data: type designation, dimensions, photos of the original part, description of the machine and information on operating conditions. Even an incomplete marking can be useful if it is supplemented with a dimension.

A typical case is an old part without a legible label, an unclear bearing cover, a missing gasket dimension or the need to verify an alternative to the original design.

take pictures of the part from multiple sides and also its location in the machine
indicate whether it is a repair, planned maintenance or new installation
